Psychotherapist and Breath Work Facilitator
Your full self is welcome here.
Mission, Vision, & Approach
When I first started as a psychotherapist, my supervisor asked me an important question. What is my mission for this work? She shared that it needed to be deeply connected to myself so I could always return to this mission as a way to guide me forward and support me on the hard days. With deep reflection, I landed on this mission:

To create a space with individuals where they accept and embrace themselves fully. I want individuals to know and feel that they are welcome here and deserving to take up space.
Work With Me
Hi, I’m Alex, a psychotherapist and breathwork facilitator based on Arapaho and Lipan Apache lands (Denver, CO). I work virtually with my colleagues at Our Collective, a private practice I co-founded in 2021, and serve as a part-time group facilitator for Wings, supporting adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

In my practice, I help clients embrace all parts of themselves in their healing journey. Trauma often leaves people feeling shame about how they’ve survived or who they are. Together, we’ll explore the ways you’ve adapted, understand how they serve you now, and foster deeper self-compassion, acceptance, and connection.

I use trauma-informed approaches, including sensorimotor, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and breathwork, to support clients in achieving their goals.

If you’re interested in therapy or breathwork, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
